2062: Back and Forth to the Future
Exhibition @ Gaite Lyrique, Paris
After winning a European advertising competition, I was invited to exhibit at 2062: Back and Forth to the Future at La Gaîté Lyrique in Paris — a show that imagined the world fifty years ahead. Acting as a kind of time machine, the exhibition explored how technology, society, and the environment might evolve by the venue’s bicentenary in 2062.
My contribution was E:You, a speculative installation advertising an “energy drink” that connects through your fingertips to charge your own biotechnology — a playful take on how consumer culture and human augmentation might merge in the decades to come. (And now feeling like it may not be so far off!)
More to follow soon…
